Skizofrenia adalah psikiater akut dan kronis dengan banyak faktor penentu lingkungan genetik. Beberapa laporan menunjukkan bahwa itu memainkan peran penting dalam regulasi sistem kekebalan penyebab skizofrenia. Bukti yang dikumpulkan hubungan antara skizofrenia psikopatologi penurunan produksi sitokin. Polimorfisme gen Interferon gamma +874 A/T terletak pada pasang basa ke +874. Tujuan: Literature review ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi polimorfisme Gamma pasien Skizofrenia. Metode: Desain penelitian literature review. Pencarian dilakukan melakukan penelusuran jurnal internasional nasional. Hasil pencarian artikel database ditemukan sebanyak 32 artikel. Jumlah sesuai kriteria inklusi 28 literatur didapatkan 5 membahas pasein tersebut merupakan studi kasus. Hasil: Dari telah dibahas, dapat disimpulkan 874+ intron pertama interferon berhubungan senyawa ini. Kehadiran genotipe AA dikaitkan sitokin, AT selulosa sedang TT serta sel tinggi.
